Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
